This 6 week in-person immersive is designed for women and AFAB non-binary people who desire to:

The Ceremonies

We will lay down the foundations of our container, building safety and trust for deeper work. Orienting with introductions and intentions. There will be education around safely working with our nervous systems and somatic practices to connect with and tend to our bodies. We will co-create sacred space, opening the portal to the temple of our wombs through the altar of our bodies.

Cultivating sacred relationship requires living in reciprocity, in harmony, with the world around us. It requires developing the skills of moving in consent with our own bodies and other bodies.
We will use the framework of the Wheel of Consent and experiential learning through touch to uncover where we get blocked in giving and receiving. We will practice the skills necessary to come into a flow of giving and receiving. Opening up more access to and experiences of peace, joy, wonder, delight, ease, and pleasure.

Connecting to our own wombs and the cosmic womb, we will practice the art of embodied listening. Listening to the guidance of our inner knowing and the whispers of our bodies. Listening to each other and to spirit.
We will work with ceremonial cacao to open our hearts and deepen our connection to the earth and our ancestors. We will cleanse and clear our wombs, creating space for more creativity, flow, and peace.

As we come into deeper connection, we must make space to grieve the ways we have been disconnected. We will explore our individual relationship to grief and open into new possibilities.
With the support of ceremonial cocao, we will enter a sacred grief ritual. Touching into the grief of our bodies. Clothing will be optional in this ceremony. A ritual of undressing and unburdening, baring ourselves to come closer to the earth. Shedding layers of societal conditioning and shame around our wombs, our bodies, and connection.

We will explore our individual relationship to our Yoni’s and open into new possibilities. We will learn about anatomy. There will be opportunities to connect our Yoni’s through somatic practices, mapping, and mirror work. Releasing shame and coming into loving connection with this sacred and powerful part of our bodies.

With the support of ceremonial cacao, we will enter a sacred self-touch ritual. Tending to a part of ourselves that needs healing. Transforming a wound through the potent elixir of pleasure. Practicing the skill of orienting towards what feels good. Following the impulses of your body. Giving yourself permission to express yourself and feel pleasure. Clothing will be optional in this ceremony.

Commune with the spirit of the mushrooms in a sacred and safe container. Not included in the price of this immersion. The exchange will depend on how many people are interested and will include preparation and integration sessions.

Because of the radical and intimate nature of this work, I do require that all participants move through life with the belief that they have choice and co-create their reality and relational dynamics. They must have strong self-awareness and already be on a path of self-discovery. They must have practice in recognizing their triggers and holding themselves. This immersive is not a good fit for someone who has never done any spiritual/healing/ therapeutic work or is in an acute state of crisis.
You don’t have to have previous experience in working specifically with plant medicine, somatics, sacred sexuality, or womb work. Everyone will be encouraged to move and participate at their own pace and depth. I’ll always offer options.

Ceremonies take place at Edgwalkers on Essex Street in downtown Salem, MA. My beautiful cozy treatment space filled with crystals, plants, and high vibrational energy.
They will occur every Saturday afternoon at 3pm, November 4th - December 16th (with a break the week of Thanksgiving)

We will meet every Saturday for up to 3 hours for six weeks. I’ll provide optional home practices and other resources to help deepen your process and integrate between our ceremonies.

Each ceremony will start with grounding, orienting, and opening sacred space. There will be opportunities for embodiment through somatic practices, connection in sharing and witnessing, reflection through inquiry and mindfulness, and singing to free the voice and move energy. Each ceremony ends with an opportunity to rest and down-regulate before closing of the portal we opened.

The immersive will be capped at 10 people and requires 6 to run.

Everything I offer is an invitation. The guiding principle of the space is listening to your body and moving at the pace of your body’s trust. Choosing is always more important than doing. This immersive is designed to build safety and trust week by week, so that participants may feel brave enough to explore their edges, the place where transformation occurs. It’s important to show up to this space knowing that others will make different choices. We honor our own choices, and each others.

I will be serving ceremonial cacao in three of six ceremonies. Sometimes I add other plants to the cacao such as rose, lavender, chamomile, and bobinsana. There is an optional 7th ceremony where we will be working with mushrooms. This ceremony is not included in the price of the immersive.

No. The deposit holds your space in this immersion. In extenuating circumstances, we may transfer your deposit to another offering but it will not be refunded.
If the cohort does not run, I will return your deposit in full.

I am formally trained as a sexological bodyworker, somatic sex educator, and somatic psychedelic therapist. In 2020, I began my path of studying plant medicine and shamanism with carriers of the Mestizo and Shipibo-Konibo lineages from the Peruvian Amazon.
The Investment
Enrollment is on a sliding scale basis. Please choose the amount that best aligns with what you are able to pay. Contributions towards the top end of the sliding scale support me in offering scholarship spaces to our community members who would not otherwise be able to access this work.

If the ONLY thing that feels prohibitive about this container is cost, please apply and let me know what you are able to contribute. I do have a couple of spaces open for those who would not otherwise be able to attend without compromising your ability to bay your basic housing, food, transportation and medical needs.

We value honesty around how we are feeling and what we want and need. Big feelings will show up in this space. We will invite an orientation of curiosity as we move through the space and ourselves.

We listen to our bodies and move at the pace of trust. We enter the space with the understanding that we will all make different choices for our selves. We honor our own, and each others, choices. Moving from a place of consensual relationship with ourselves and one another.
Meet Your Facilitator
Ariel Szabo
Ariel is a medicine woman who shares her gifts through song, art, touch, and grief and pleasure tending. She has journeyed deep into her own body and darkness to uncover her greatest gifts. Alchemizing what was once numbness, despair, and terror into aliveness and loving connection. Freeing her voice, that had been silenced and lost, and now using it to ignite love. Ariel has walked the path of re-inhabiting and liberating her body. She now walks with others, holding the light, as they do the same.
Ariel has uncovered the key to living fulfilling, connected, aligned and purpose filled lives lays in reconnecting with our bodies and reclaiming our life force energy. In learning to listen. In building the capacity to be with our grief and our pleasure. In cultivating safety so that we may allow ourselves to be seen and heard and give and receive love. Coming back into connection with our interdependence, our inherent value, and the wisdom of the earth.
