We get to know each other - building safety and trust, and you get to know yourself better.
Together, we will explore somatic (body-based) exercises and relational experiences.
We will uncover patterns in relationships and intimacy and practice new ways of being. We cultivate the skill of listening to and dialoguing with the body, authentic expression, and receiving support.

A Discovery Call allows us to take the first step together. You’re able to begin building trust with me as a facilitator and I can get to know you. For the deeper depths of my medicine bag, this call is a requirement.
After a discovery call, we decide together whether we move forward with booking more time together.

1:1 Sessions and Series

1:1 Somatic Relational Sessions range from 2-6 hours in length.
Multi-day long intensives are also available.

For couples who want to go deeper than the couples cacao ceremony. We can create a custom intensive or series of somatic relational work. This work together can include a psychedelic session.

Psychedelic Journeys can be done as stand alone work or combined with Somatic Relational Sessions. For couples and individuals.
Plant Medicine Ceremonies
