I offer you a space to co-regulate and drop in where the outside world and it’s complications can fall away and leave you to connect unhindered and uninterrupted.
Foster new connections and intimate stories via partnered exercises to support softening into your shared love.
Together, we nourish your relationship, bodies, and hearts.
This 2.5 hour experience is for couples who are looking for a sacred space to nourish their relationship & to cultivate new tools for connection and intimacy.
What to expect:
We will settle into the space together.
I’ll open the ceremony in ritual and create space to share intentions.
I’ll serve you a cup of ceremonial Cacao & Rose and share some sacred songs as the plants support your heart in opening and expanding.
I’ll offer a series of couples exercises that include shared breath, touch, and words. Bringing you into connection on a physical, emotional, and spiritual level.
You will share commitments with one another in a ritual with roses that you will be able to bring home.
I’ll take some adorable photos if you want them.
We’ll move into reflection and gratitude to close the ceremony.
