International Women’s Plant Medicine Retreats
A return to body, earth, womb, voice, and sisterhood.
Women’s Retreats with Ariel Szabo and Candace Garland
Maestra’s Rosenda and Maria with Ariel and Candace in Pucullpa, Peru
Ariel and Candace were first brought together by the medicine in 2020 to hold retreats for women. Since then, they have partnered with the plants, the land, and the Indigenous healers who carry these traditions to create transformative containers. Each gathering weaves ceremony with womb ritual, song, dance, astrology, and somatic practice inside a trauma-informed container built for safety, reclamation, and renewal.
At the heart of every retreat is women gathering to awaken their sensual aliveness, reclaim their voice, and come home to themselves.

Something shifts when women gather. Together, we remember what we carried before we were severed from earth, body, and each other. The power was always ours. We come together to reclaim it.

What People Are Saying
“Ariel & Candace hold a beautiful, safe container for healing work that can truly only be done in the company of other women. I struggled with apprehension around other women and their perfectly coordinated retreat delivered everything and more. This retreat brought us into our bodies, creating a deep sense of compassionate curiosity and exploration, while also bridging bonds across a dynamic group of incredible women. Since the retreat, I feel renewed confidence in myself, my life, and my relationships, as well as a deeper knowing about what practices or company I need to eliminate from my life. This, hands down, was one of the best experiences of my life!"
— Raychel"The beautiful intention with which Ariel and Candace work was palpable from the moment I book the retreat. The two of them created the perfect flow of sessions in between ceremonies, helping us to engage more deeply with ourselves and our sensuality - that ultimately bled greater self-awareness, self-connection and texture into our ceremonies. In spite of my typical reservations in working with other women, Ariel's and Candace's presence alone provided me with a safe container where I could navigate my previously held conflicts, release my fears and feel truly supported at every vulnerable step."
— Sarah"Candace and Ariel: these women are powerful and strong. They are incredibly real. For me that was a much needed breath of fresh air. And a permission slip to be vulnerable with myself and receive what I was hoping to: an opening of myself, of my own heart, and a deepening into my authentic self. I feel so blessed to have their guidance and witness them in their authentic selves as well. Everything that I got out of this experience was exactly what I needed. I’m taking home with me a new found inspiration and motivation to continue on this path."
